Who we are
Cyelcor is a brand of PRAESI Technologies Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (HE 483138, VAT CY60308617C), Nicosia. Email: info@cyelcor.com.
What you buy
Each service and package is described on its page on cyelcor.com, with its price. That description is the scope of the work. Anything outside it is quoted separately, at €60 an hour or a fixed price, and only done after you agree.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Stripe adds 19% Cyprus VAT at checkout where it applies. A business in another EU country that enters a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge. You receive a receipt and an invoice by email.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. For packages marked with a deposit, you can pay 50% when you order and 50% when the work is delivered, or the full price at once. Monthly plans are charged monthly in advance.
When we start
We email you within one working day of payment to agree the start date and what we need from you. Delivery times on our pages are typical times that run from the day we have what we need.
Credits
The AI Office Audit fee is credited in full against any build you order within 30 days of receiving the audit. The €290 for five website designs is credited in full against a website ordered within 30 days of receiving the designs.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before we start work, we refund the full amount. If you cancel after we start, we refund what you paid minus the work already done, at €60 an hour, and you receive that work. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund what you paid for the part we did not deliver.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. They stop at the end of the month already paid, and nothing more is charged.
If you buy as a consumer
If you are buying for yourself and not for a business, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the work done up to that point. Your other rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law are not affected.
Ownership
When you have paid in full, you own what we build for you: the code, the designs, the content we write for you, and the accounts we set up in your name. Third-party tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp or n8n) remain under their own terms and are billed to you by their providers.
Fixes
For 30 days after delivery we fix, free of charge, anything we built that does not work as agreed.
Responsibility
AI tools can make mistakes. We design every system so that anything that moves money, goes to a client or makes a decision about a person waits for a human to approve it, and you remain responsible for what you approve and send. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow a limit. We are not responsible for outages or changes of third-party services.
Data protection
When we process personal data for you, we sign a data processing agreement with you. How we handle the data you give us is described in our privacy notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Please write to info@cyelcor.com first, and we will try to solve any problem quickly. Otherwise the courts of Nicosia have jurisdiction, without affecting a consumer's right to go to the courts where they live.
