AI training
Can HRDA pay for it?
The HRDA single-company programme pays employers up to €20 per participant per hour, which is up to €1,680 for 12 people over 7 hours. Your company applies in ERMIS at least three weeks before the course and we help with the paperwork. Approval is HRDA's decision.
Is AI training required by law?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks employers whose staff use AI to take measures that support AI literacy. Training with a record is the simplest measure. See our guide.
Online or in person?
Either. In person works best for hands-on practice.
