Who is responsible

What we collect and why
Contact and booking forms: your name, email, company, phone if you give it, and your message, so we can answer you. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying.
Free website preview: your website address, the public content of that website, your email and your note, so we can make the preview. Legal basis: your request.
Online payments: Stripe collects your payment and billing details. We receive your name, email, billing address, VAT number if given, what you bought and the amount, so we can deliver the work and keep accounting records. Legal basis: the contract and our legal duty to keep accounting records.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (website hosting and email routing), Stripe (payments) and Google (our email inbox). They act on our instructions. Where data leaves the EU, it is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months. Customer and payment records: as long as Cyprus tax and accounting law requires, usually 7 years.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@cyelcor.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
