How VAT works
These providers sell from outside Cyprus and publish prices without VAT. If your business gives its EU VAT number, you are invoiced without VAT and account for the 19% yourself under the reverse charge. Without a VAT number you pay 19% Cyprus VAT on top.

- You write, analyse and work with long documents: Claude or ChatGPT
- You run on Gmail and Google Docs: Gemini in Google Workspace
- Mixed needs: one main tool for everyone, plus a few heavier seats for power users
Data: switch on the right settings
Business plans of ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot do not use your company's data to train their models by default, unlike free personal accounts. Staff using personal accounts for work is the real risk. A company plan with an AI policy fixes that.
