The Digital Upgrade Scheme for Enterprises paid 50% (70% in mountain areas) of a digital project, up to €50,000, with a minimum project of €5,000. It covered bespoke software, RPA, document management, e-invoicing, staff training on the system and up to 36 months of cloud. Its money ran out on the first day in November 2022 and again on 20 May 2025, with 491 applications. No new call has been announced.
If it returns, it will go fast. Have costed quotes ready from a VAT-registered Cyprus supplier, and remember that spending before you apply does not count.
