Published prices from Cyprus and Greek providers
Few providers publish prices. These are the ones that do, as shown on their own websites when we checked on 29 October 2026. Always check the current page before deciding.

What drives the price
- How many systems the AI must connect to (email, accounting, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Whether anything moves money or reaches clients, which needs a human approval step
- How many languages it must handle
- Whether data must stay in your office (a private AI server costs more than EU cloud hosting)
- Whether a monthly fee is compulsory: some providers require one, others (like us) let you own the result
Tool licences, separate from the build
Business AI tools are billed per user per month by the provider. Current list prices: ChatGPT Business and Claude Team about $20 a user on annual billing ($25 monthly); Microsoft 365 Copilot Business €18.20 to €21; Google Workspace Business Standard with Gemini €13.60; n8n cloud €20 to €50 a month per account. These providers invoice from outside Cyprus without VAT: a business with a VAT number accounts for the 19% itself under the reverse charge.
How to avoid overpaying
- Ask for a working demo on your own material before you sign
- Ask whether you own the code and the accounts
- Ask what happens if you stop paying the monthly fee
- Start with one workflow that saves hours every week, then grow
